Trouble With Yahoo Mail

I use Yahoo mail for my communication, however, while using Zone Pro firewall and Norton Anti-Virus I have problems with accessing the site. The inital User Name and Password screen shows up usually, but after entering those and hitting the Sign IN button, I get "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" error message. After hitting the re-fresh button on the IE toolbar MANY times, most of the times mail is displayed. Sometimes, I just shut down come back later to try again. Once in the system, it behaves normally. This is frustrating to say the least, and Yahoo has not been helpful in correcting the problem. Has anyone had similar problems and changes some settings on Zone Pro or NAV to allow the site to be displayed without the constant pushing the re-fresh button?
