Need Help Cleaning Up After Removal Of Spyware

I have removed MANY Programs from a friends laptop. It is running much faster now and I can navigate the web on a dial up. I have run 3-4 online scans recommended by LDTate here before, and have run Spybot and Adaware and I am now getting zero results on all of them. The Norton AV is still showing about 12 items that mostly appear to be associated with Bargain buddy.
I am also getting a message about loading E6F1873B.dll after ai log in as the user.
What should I do next? Thanks!

Please do the following,

Step #1

You have a peper infection that we need to remove

http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe

When you run the uninstaller, you MUST have an internet connection active for it to work

This Peper removal tool only works if run twice. To complete each stage of the Peper removal you need to REBOOT to clear the peper infection each time you run the tool, or the infection will remain.

Step # 2

Please download and run CWShredder. Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX.

Please download and run Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware. Then follow the instructions in the links below to run.

Step # 4

Please do an online scan,
Trend Micro http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

Make sure that you choose "fix" or "clean".

Reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

You will need to disable teatimer or it could block the fix. Tutorial here >>> http://russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

Then go to add/remove programs and look for and remove Wiontools if present.

Then boot to safe mode (tap f8 while bios loads) the scan with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and then choose FIX.

It seems to be running great!! There are still 7 items showing up in the Norton Scan. Most related to bargain buddy, one Huntbar tmp file…Norton cannot remove them, and I have tried to manually delete the tmp file in safe mode with no luck. Can they be ignored?

Thanks for every thing! I can't seem to get rid of that tmp file, but everything else looks great! I'm going to install spywareblaster/guard on this computer for the young lady that owns it. I had to do the same thing to her sisters computer a month ago, and was grateful for the help from this forum!!! I don't charge anything for my services…just trying to help these college kids keep their machines going so they can study. My hat is off you you guys….keep up the great work.
