Hi! I have serious virus problem. My computer works slower than usual and my anti-virus program (Kaspersky) can't remove several viruses and trojans. He located the virus, but it can't be deleted, and i can't find that folder (somewhere in the temporary i. f.) manually. Please Help

Hello p3r0 , welcome to the TC.

This is what I suggest you do.

Download CWShredder from my signature below. Unzip it on the desktop.
Open CWShredder and with ALL other windows closed, click fix.


Go here and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Note any thing that can't be fixed
Reboot when done.

Next:

Even if you've already run these, make SURE they're up-to-date and run per instructions.

Make sure you have the up-to-date versions of Spybot V 1.3 and Ad-aware SE Build 1.05 . All are free and available below.

Download Spybot, install and update. Then download Ad-aware, install, and update.

Spybot:

Install the program and launch it.

Go to Start > Programs >Spybot > Search & Destroy and choose Spybot S&D

Close ALL windows except Spybot S&D
Click the button to "Search for Updates" and download and install the Updates.
Next click the button "Check for Problems"
When Spybot is complete, it will be showing "RED" (RED) entries "BLACK" entries and "GREEN" (GREEN) entries in the window
Put a check mark beside the RED (RED) entries ONLY.
Choose "Fix Selected Problems" and allow Spybot to fix the RED (RED) entries.

Ad-Aware FULL SCAN:

Install the program and launch it.

First in the main window look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now then click Connect and download the latest reference files.

From main window :Click Start then under Select a scan Mode check Perform full system scan.
Next deselect Search for negligible risk entries.
Now to scan just click the Next button.

When the scan is finished mark everything for removal and get rid of it.(Right-click the window and choose select all from the drop down menu and click Next)

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

Hi! I have re-installed windows, but i havve one more problem. When i enter specific folders that are containing movies and clips, explorer sends me the message that some error has occured and explorer automaticly shuts down. Why is that? Plz help! :wtf:

Sorry. That is because at first i had posted in forum with hijackthis logs, and then i saw the forum for mine kind of problem, and then posted there. But i still don't understand why i have to reply there, when this is the right forum. Nevermind, tnx anyway! ;)

Can you tell us exactly what the error says? Have you tried
un-installing then re-installing the media player your using?

Hi! No, i haven't tried to un and re-installl the windows media player. I have installed windows 10 days ago and installed wmp 10. But, i had removed all the files on my second HD before installing windows, and after i installed win i put second HD back into the compuer. That's all. Error says: Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. One more thing. When i enter the specific folder with some clips, he automatically shuts down the window without any error warning or something similar to that. ??? :(

P.S.These movies that are not working are downloaded from the internet, and are dvd versios. All the others work fine. Is it because i don't have the right codec pack or?

Very well could be the codec. You could try another player. Do a Google search for Divx player. I have no idea about any of these.
