Did I Make A Mistake?

HI, I posted my log in the HJT forum and did not have any responses. I keep getting pop ups that tell me I have all kinds of dialers and "click here" to get rid of them. Later I get another box that tells me CWS shredder is no longer being developed and I should click here for a fix. Some days I get a black box with C:/ inst. Then Zone alarm asks if it should access and I have told it to deny access. I checked the c: dir and have a pic with numbers, 124545, inst, and hooks.dll. These I have had NAV tell me they are not good. I delete those. NAV finds a dat file in admin, local settings, temp. I try to delete and it tells me the file is in use. On reboot I delete. Later I get a different 4 letter dat file. Same thing, on reboot I can delete. Any ideas what may be the problem? Thanks. :scratch:
