Shut Down Problem

Hi, When I Shut down computer each time, it shows the message " A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C02A0948 in VXD VWIN32(05) + 000012D0" Can you help me identify and solve the problem? Thank you. Yuzhu Zhu
