Hello, I generally keep a pretty close watch on my computer processes, and think this is a great utility. I ran a scan and saved a log, and I am specifically worried about the ysbweb.com entry. If there is anything else I need to worry about, please let me know. I am not experiencing any problems with my computer or with popups etc. About the same time that ysbweb.com showed up, a new entry in my programs list (Power Scan) showed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's my log.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, reboot into safe mode by tapping F8 after the BIOS has loaded, find and delete the following:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\tsa\ <– folder

Reboot when done, rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Wow, you guys are the best. I can't believe how quickly you responded. Thank you so much. Here is the new log.

As a side note, I have uninstalled many of these programs, but they remain here in the scan. For example, I uninstalled aol, but I see some remnant processes. Also, I have uninstalled all Epson printers, but still see the status monitor here. Usually, I use the msconfig tool to selectively startup only a portion of what's here. Is this a good idea? Is there a more complete way of removing these processes from my computer?

Thanks again for all your help.
-Matt
Your log looks OK now. If you want to stop the AOL and epsom fragments have HJT fix these:

O4 - Global Startup: America Online Tray Icon.lnk = C:\Program Files\America Online 9.0\aoltray.exe
O4 - Global Startup: EPSON Status Monitor 3 Environment Check 2.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\E_SRCV02.EXE
O23 - Service: EPSON Printer Status Agent2 - SEIKO EPSON CORPORATION - C:\Program Files\Common Files\EPSON\EBAPI\SAgent2.exe

Let me know how it's running now.
You're welcome - glad to help :D
