I ahve just instaleld a new CPU (2.6gHz), 120gb hdd and a radeon 9600 xt 256mb graphics card. It was all working fine until recently I'm not sure why but my bit torrent downlaods started to fail and all the video files i try to play are using alot of cpu and become laggy and impossible to watch. I've tried every file with WinAmp, WMP, realplayer, MPC and vlc but with no success. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they knew how to solve it.
