You can get rid of these two if you want.

Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Other then that log looks good.
Let me know if you want to remove these. We'll then do a final cleanup.

Good job

Log looks good :D  How is it running any issues?

If you don't have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.

Everything seems to be running better than ever. I'll download that firewall and see about getting those other programs. do i need to reboot after that last fix and is there anything else i need to do? I really appreciate all your help. It was a great experience and I can't thank you enough. You really are providing a wonderful service. I don't know what I would have done without your help. Thanks again.
Hi again. My system was running better than ever for the past couple of days, but I started having problems again today. I've had to reboot 4 or 5 times today because it locked up trying to get online and the whole system is really slow
opening up other programs. I installed the firewall and have that running. I ran
ad-aware and it found 20 files that it corrected and ran spy-bot and that was
ok. I ran another log and compared it to the last one I posted and I see some
new entries. Also, the last scheduled defrag failed because another program was writing to the drive? The only other change I made was to download adobe. If you could look at the new log, I would really appreciate it.

I don't see anything bad in your log. :D

If you don't have these two programs SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard I would suggest that you install them. These 2 programs will add 1000's of sites to your restricted zone and block some hijacks from happening. HERE is a tutorial on how to harden IE, a good read and very helpful to stop these things in the future.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on.
