Hijackthis 2nd Run

Please disreguard the previous posting using an older version of hijackthis. The problems are internet explorer redirected, numerous icons added to my desktop, like gambling, travel, website hosting, printer cartriges, etc… I have run spybot, NoAdware, spysubstract, ad-aware 6.0 cwshreader, but it always comes back. Can you help me find this and remove it permanently. Thanks, here is my current hijack this log using the updated version.

You have a Lop.com infection. To remove it, follow the directions below.

Go to Add or Remove Programs
look for any of the following, and uninstall them:

Window Search
Window Searching
Lop.com
LOP SEARCH
Browser Enhancer
Ultimate Browser Enhancer
MessengerPlus
MessengerPlus2
MessengerPlus3


You may find entries similair to the above but with Weird spacing in the names.

You may be given a code to insert, do so and reboot when done.

If it is not listed in Add/Remove Programs, or if the uninstall does not seem to work go here:
Download the LOP uninstaller from http://members.rogers.com/rjmac/new_uninstall.exe HERE.
download and run this uninstaller.
Reboot when done and post another log

The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware.
Follow their process tree. Right click on the file and go to Properties.
Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from:
If it's from some name you never heard of or if it's blank,
Please check for removal and delete the file in bold also.

    Reboot in SAFE MODE.
    Some of these files and folders might have hidden atributes.
    Delete the following file(s) listed in bold

    Close all Browser and Program Windows and have HijackThis fix the following.
    Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.
