I am trying to install XP SP2 on a customers computer, but the install fails and an error message is given that says that msvidctl.dll is open or in uae by another program. I have used HijackThis to look thru all open processes for one that is using the dll and have found nothing using it. Has anyone ever heard of this problem? Please advise.
