The main problem is that I can only open one window of IE at a time. When I try to open a second window, either from the desktop or from an online link, the first window closes and the new one opens. I have found that if I go to File->Properties on the IE window, I can then open a second window, but if I do not have this properties window open and a new window appears, all of them are closed except for the new one. Any help will be much appreciated. ~ Bluvius PS- I believe that the problem may have started around the time that the SP's came out, but I am not sure.
