What Is A Good Program

Hmm I have been getting tired of using Advanced System Optimizer... I was wondering if anyone else happened to have any recommendations as to what other Program that does pretty much what ASO does and/ or more... I dont' care for the price as I ... yeah... lol Any suggestions would be appreciated.. Only reason I like ASO a little moreover other progs = It detects spyware also.. But yeah I want a change... Thanks for the suggestions(Future Reference)
