Thanks!
Now that you have Spybot, Start Spybot click mode make sure that advanced mode is checked.
Click tools>system startup Remove the green check mark on the ones
listed. Should you decide that you need or want them just place a checkmark back in the box.

Click on the System Startup ICON> You will see a list of your startup items.
If C:\TBC.exe is listed, uncheck it. If not listed, then click the Green Insert Tab at the upper part of the screen and add O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msnmsg] C:\TBC.exe. Be sure to have it unchecked.

Reboot and lets us know if if you have any more trouble please describe how your computer behaves.
So far so good! I logged in/out of the Net using IE a few times and didn't get that !@% site. Thanks alot for you help. IS there anything else I need to do? Since it seemed to be in TBC.exe, should this file be deleted also, rather than just turned off. Also, anything that you have had me turn off along the way, that needs to be turned back on ( I think System Restore is still turned off, where was that again). Lastly- HOW do I prevent this from happening in the future. What is the recommended AntiVirus and Spyware SW to run? Thanks Again for all your help!

To help keep you clean follow the recommendations in Tony's article here:
So how did I get infected in the first place?
