It's a case of lots of people needing help, but not enough helpers to deal with all of the logs. If you look through the board, you'll find users who have posted logs long before you did, but end up never getting help.i've put up a hijackthis log in the problems section, and nobodys answered it yet...did i do it wrong? because others that posted after me had gotten solved already
As for people posting logs after you did and getting help, their logs may have been easier to fix. Some are easy to fix while others take awhile to fix.
