Opened a postcard and got hijacked. got past everything. Zone alarm w/Virus protection, PestControl and SpySweeper. I have managed to remove all the bad stuff except the redirection to the website 213.159.117.134. I have run AboutBuster and it doesn't find anything wrong. I have run HijacktThis in safe mode and in normal mode. No success. Next step is to wipe the machine and start over. Symptoms: The website is installed as the default website in the Registery. I can and have deleted it, close the Key, then reopened the Key, and it is back again. Without leaving RegEdit. int normal mode, Hijack this sees the changed key, I delete them, and every thing I can see that may be a contributor to the problem. Rescan and Things are unchanged. int saffe mode, Hijack this sees the changed key, I delete them, and every thing I can see that may be a contributor to the problem. Rescan and things have been delected per my request. Restart in normal mode and things are back again. When I start the machine, Zone alarm informes me that an program 'ProcessXXX' is attempting to connect with the internet. The XXX is a 3 or 4 digit number that changes each time that I reboot. Looked at Services to see if anything looked unusual there but didn't see anything. Have enclose the HijackThis Log HELP???
Download then unzip and run CWShredder to clean up clicking "FIX" to have it remove all it finds.

CWShredder available from these places :-

http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads.php
Or this as a full download without any unzipping required
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/CWShredder.exe

We have found that some of the CWS infections can be removed better from safe mode, rather than normal mode.
To get to safe mode use the F8 key while booting the machine. Detailed instructions from here :-

Finally after running both Spybot SD and Ad-Aware SE, RESCAN with HijackThis and POST your logfile in the same thread using ‘Add Reply’.

Please click here for instructions on how to set up a HijackThis folder.

Here's how to post a Hijack This log

Download "HijackThis" here
When downloading, choose "save to disk" and NOT open!

Now create a new folder for it, C:\Hijackthis, for example.
After unzipping the file. to C:\Hijack This, you'll end up with the file itself, which is Hijackthis.exe, and that's the one you'll need to doubleclick.'

When the program launches, hit the "Scan" button
When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, and save the log anywhere you like.

Now if you doubleclick the log file.Go to Edit > Select all, then to Edit > copy.
Now you've copied the entire text to the Windows Clipboard (this happens behind your back.)

Next, go back to this forum thread, and click "Add Reply".
In an empty area click your RIGHT mouse button, and choose 'Paste' from the context menu.
There's your Hijack This log.

DONOT ATTACH THE LOG.
Well.. This is interesting.

I followed your directons with spybot, adware, and CwShreader.

Ran Adware in normal mode. Found several things which I allowed it to fix. CWSheader didn't find anything. SpyBot found DSO Eploit which I allowed fix.

Ran everything again in Safe Mode. Same thing. Adware found several things. Looks like the same things. CWShreader didn't find anything. SpyBot found DSO Exploit. All fixed.

Went back to normal Mode. The original problem still exists.
