My pc came with a cable to connect it to a tv via scart. One end has 1 big and 4 small pins. I know where on the pc to plug this. The other end is the yellow scart, I don't know male or female but it's the hole, not the plug. Is there a difference between the audio ( red and white) and the visual (yellow) cables because I used a red scart cable to connest to a vhs recorder which goes through coax into the tv. This didn't work - I just got a black screen. Does it have to plug straight into a scart socket in the back of the tv because mine doesn't have one. Thx 4 taking the time to read this jeepman
