Which security suite software?

Thanks to Mica 6:8 I'm clean again but want to ensure it stays this way - I have Sophos installed at the moment but where as Ewido picked and clean 270 threats, Sophos picked 2 even though it had just been updated… now Sophos might be user error but if it is its too difficult to use and the autoupdate is unavailable to me.. any recommendations - Ewido did the business this time round?

Sophos is really for virus detection. Ewido more for trojans/malware although virus applications are now starting to catch up in malware detection/removal. If you dont care for Sophos here are links to free antivirus applications:
