Hijacked Like So Many Others

dlusciousd at hotmail.comrecently my computer was hijacked and I could only access the internet by going into safe mode. received microsoft online assistance and can now access my internet by regular logon but need to keep my start page from changing and remove all the adult urls that appear to be in the system along with the new search folders that have just appeared. Thank you for any assistance
