Please can someone help me? I just did a Spyware scan and got 50 hits. Is there a good spyware removal out there that won't break me? Perferably free! Thank you! You guys came highly recomended. :)

the first 2 are an absolute must the pros will tell you if you do nothing else install and regularly run the first 2 AdAware SE SpyBot S&D SpywareGuard SpywareBlaster

The free version of Webroot's Spy Sweeper 3.2, is probably the best one you can find since they update so often. (once a week or so)
