I have been using VMware for a couple of weeks now and I think its the perfect remedy for those who might be in the classroom. A "test machine" sometimes isnt easy to come by, specially when your strapped for cash. VMware will let you create your own virtual machine from the ground up..even down to configuring the BIOS for it.. and all while your booted up to what ever OS you have presently. You can infect the VM without risking harm to your own. :)
