Hey there can anyone help me with hoe to burn a movie properly, every time that I download a movie and then burn to disk using nero 5.5 the audio is out of sync by bout a second, really frustrating. Someone told me to burn on a slow speed, so i tried at 4x but that did not seem to help. So please help me. :scratch:

you can try using Vdub (freeware) to extract the audio form the video, then re-encode it , then burn.
