Hey community, Recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and since then I'm encountering a vexing display problem, where the screen intermittently flickers with graphical artifacts appearing randomly across different applications. Despite updating graphics drivers to the latest version, the issue persists, affecting both desktop and full-screen applications. The flickering is particularly noticeable during video playback and has persisted through system reboots. Seeking valuable community input and potential troubleshooting steps to resolve this continuous visual disruption and restore a seamless and stable display experience on my system.
