Hey community, Recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and since then I'm encountering a vexing display problem, where the screen intermittently flickers with graphical artifacts appearing randomly across different applications. Despite updating graphics drivers to the latest version, the issue persists, affecting both desktop and full-screen applications. The flickering is particularly noticeable during video playback and has persisted through system reboots.
