Hi, my PC has stop coming on. the power button is flashing orange. i switch it on at the mains, there's no sound. the light on the front keeps blinking and then seems to go into a 2,2 pattern

From here it says Blinking Amber: The PSU is receiving power from the Source but is unable to distribute it.
