I have a HP laptop.  It works fine.  I've installed 5 Nest Cameras inside/outdoor my house.  I can see these online via my cell phone.  I've been unsuccessful in trying to download any program to assist in viewing the cameras on my laptop.  I've tried to download Google Home but it only downloads to my android, not to my pc.  I've tried downloading an android emulator (Memu or Blue Stacks) but my Malwarebytes quarantines those programs as PUPS.  I've tried to contact Google Tech Support and I'm sure you know what happened there. .....   I have the home Wifi working fine.  Is there some way to view these cameras on my HP computer?

I see 3 potential solutions:

1 - There may be a direct IP and port that you can access with VLC Player.

2 - Nest may allow you to access your cameras through a web browser. Simply go to the Nest website and log in with your account credentials. You can view your cameras and manage your Nest devices from there.

3 - While the Nest app may not be available directly for Windows, you can use the Nest app for Android or iOS through an Android emulator like BlueStacks or Nox App Player. However, as you mentioned, you encountered issues with PUP detections. Make sure to configure your antivirus software to allow the installation.

Tim V - thank you for your response.  I now have the Nest Camera images on my pc.  I appreciate the time you give to a forum like this.  It's invaluable to us.  Thanks again,

Dick Conant
