I have an HP Altec.  It freezes up when you stop using it.  I have to pull the plug or take the battery out.  I was running windows update when it first did this.  I've uninstalled the updates it kept doing it.  Reinstalled the updates- kept doing it. Ran Mcafee and Malwarebytes and had no bugs- kept doing it. Ran CCleaner fixed problems-  kept doing it. Ran HP Solutions and did everything there except for updating BIOS- kept doing it. Made sure all drivers were up to date- kept doing it. Ran a program that checked for registry errors and fixed that- kept doing it.  Finally reinstalled Windows 10 and it is still doing it.

What do I do now??
