Please do. The natives are very friendly here and you'll get all the help you need, so please ask whatever you need. If it is a Windows operating system problem you can ask here. If it's a malware problem, start a topic here.

 

Meanwhile, have a good look around the forum as there's lots of good advice and plenty of tips.
