I cannot understand why not a single browser appear to work on my PC.  I have tried Edge, IE, Opera, Firefox, Avast and Chrome but pages just don't load.  If I do a Windows 10 Reset and choose to keep all my files and settings, would third-party programs and all folders particularly of POP email accounts configured on Thunderbird get deleted?  Does anyone know?

Try booting to Safe Mode. Do they work there?

What Antivirus are you using? Are you using a Firewall other that Windows Firewall?

May be time to do a image backup using Macrium Reflect Free or Premium to an external hard drive then do a Clean Install of the latest Windows 10 which is now 1909 18363,446 then restore your data from the backup as needed.

You say pages don't load. That is not the same thing as browsers don't work.

Do other computers on your network load Internet pages okay?
