Can't access some sites

I have not been able to access some sites for weeks.  I have had assistance at the Sybot forum and my computer has been cleaned up.  It appears to have a networking problem.  This is one of the sites I can't access.  I am using another computer on the same network.  Here is my previous thread: https://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?74003-A-log-for-inspection

Please provide a full description of your system specs. Also, is this problem happening with more than one browser? And is it consistently the same sites you are having problems with?

I have a futher problem now.  I can't connect at all to the internet.
