Hello

I failed GCR leak test but found it is not reliable. it got me thinking about firewalls etc. Windows says to get a more thorough scan to click scan offline.

When I do it to my desktop it says it is broken and to try later.

When I do it to the desktop it works fine. 

What can I do to get the desktop to work. I have updated everything.
