Well, i've gone through and given my machine a good clean-up, and uninstalled stuff that i never used and just basically blasted it.

 

PC seems to running really well, not as good as new, but the glitches and issues seem to have cleared up.

 

Thank you so much for your help.  I'll be back if i have any more issues.  You've been spot on!
