Please excuse me if I'm missing something here but don't you have an internal forum search?
Just google? The most helpful thing would be to search for previous answers to the same questions over and over. For example I am looking for the most common ways to remove the "pc healthcenter" virus. So I would like to search the forum here for past problem fixing so I don't have to bother others with new help threads.
