Hello forum,

I'm in a serious problem with my notebook HE problem, the problem I'm about to tell has been sticking with me for 5 days till now with no solution.

The problem is:
My laptop types random letters or numbers repeatedly whenever I start typing, and if my cursor isn't on something that my laptop can type on, it starts freezing the Mouse.

What I've tried:
1) Restarting the laptop. (Many times)
2) Scanning my laptop with my AVG 14 Antivirus.
3) Reinstalling keyboard Driver.
4) Tried the numlock thing that was suggested from forums talking about the same problem.

Results:
1) Nothing changed.
2) Found a trojan with 3 other viruses in my C: drive and they were removed, laptop worked fine for a few hours then problem appeared again.
3) Nothing changed.
4) Nothing changed.

Because of this problem, I had to type it from my phone because it was going to be impossible to type it on my laptop since this problem exists there.

Sry, forgot to mention somethings that might be helpful. Sometimes when the mouse is frozen and I try to move it, it gives that 'ding' sound of windows. Also, I scanned my computer for malware and there was nothing found. I need help, pls !.

The symptoms you describe are typical of a malware infection. Go to the Spyware / Malware / Virus Removal forum, read the info there and follow the posted directions. Once you receive a clean bill of health, come back here if you have any additional questions or concerns or it turns out not to be a malware problem.

Please be patient as that is a very busy area. If you do not receive a response in 3 days, post a message here: What To Do If You Have No Response In 3 Days?

Do not reply to your post there as the malware folks look for posts with no replies first.
