 i have an application called "beyluxe messenger.exe" . i used to open it every days. recently, when i opened the app and click on the login button, the messenger came, but no response. the program was not responding. then i restarted the program, but it was the same. then i uninstalled and re-install the software, still it was same as before. so i formatted the PC (c; drive) then also the program was not responding when opened. i was closing the app by right-clicking on the task on task-bar when it become unresponding. then i will click on end now button. then the 'sent error report' box will appear. then i will click on 'click here' button for knowing the programs contained in that error report. then in the error signature, it will be written like this :

 

please give me a solution for this problem..
