Outlook 2010 exchange account ,,,,search not working proparly

Dear Experts

I have got windows 7-64 bit with outlook 2010 retrieving my work email ( exchange)

Recently I realized when I search outlook sent folder nothing get displayed.

Initially problem was with " Search Tools --> Indexing status ".

I followed the instruction in the ink below :

But still I am having same issue

Hi Zillah,

Have you set up your MSO 2010 to save your sent emails in a particular location?

If this doesn't help and you are having issues with "work" emails then maybe its time to raise the problem with the folks responsible for your work IT support?

Do you have the same problems when sending emails to your chums (non work related) and not using Exchange?

No I haven't done anything like

 

 

Do you have the same problems when sending emails to your chums (non work related) and not using Exchange?

I use outlook only for exchange , and I am using thuderbord for my gmail account

 

 

with the folks responsible for your work IT support?

 

They don't have much knowledge

 It might be wise to consider doing that and see if it helps.
