about computer tech support

I am working on windows xp, I never had problem as such but nowadays, its not working as it was earlier. My computer runs too slow and also hangs lot. I am in serch nice kinda tech support service. If you really are seeking help, that's why we are here. But we need more information about your computer hardware specs. Are you running XP SP3? Have you scanned for malware? What are your temps?
