Hi,
My Dell E1705 all of a sudden become extremely slow. It was working without any problem, then all of a sudden one day it shut off and then when i rebooted the battery wont charge. It was only 4 months old battery. It takes a long time to open anything now and very slow to respond to moue clicks…I have attached my hijackthis report.
Could this be because of the battery? Can you please help? Thank you,
Ram

It's often worth reading through these instructions and printing them for ease of reference.
