Hello: On may 29 2013 , while i was playing word chuck at www.games.com , my flash crashed on me suddenly . my browser Mozilla fire fox . first i thought perhaps my browser and my flash need an updating so i updated my flash and my browser .H owever the problem did not disappeared with the latest version of fire fox and the latest flash version . in addition, with the latest version the crash caused desktop window manager stopped working + video hardware error Although i have been playing this game at the same web site for months with the same browser never encountred such error . !! Can someone please have any idea what cause such abrupt continual crashing of my flash ???? Than Y ou .
Its probably not flash. It is probably a hardware or driver problem. Its quite possible your system needs service. It could be overheating when playing games or video intensive applications. Its possible your video driver needs to be updated. There could be a slew of other causes but you said you have a video hardware error. That's pretty clearly not flash. You haven't provided any details about your system. The best I can say is to go to the manufacturer's website, click support, and download the newest chipset and video drivers. Next, check windows update and see if any additional drivers or updates are being released under "optional" updates and install them.
Hello, I'm Sorry for not replying earlier. I Will try to check what you have recommanded (I Will check the manufacture for Drivers updates if available) What Kind of Infromation i must provide you about my system for better assistance? Thank you, Mabbay
