opt_content (1).js ?

Hi New and rather annoyed by the opt_content (1).js opt_content(2).js pop ups I keep getting from Norton 360 it says its unsafe and removes it but it KEEPs on coming back up???? Can anyone enlighten me on how to remove it and avoid it in the future please S
