bootmgr missing

ok guys my desktop pc was working fine, my kids and spouse normally use it. well of course when things go wrong i get called. well at 1st it was no loading past the welcome screen. and my optical drive works but does not recognize my win 7 ultimate dvd so i restarted the pc but it will not boot from disk so i did a iso file onto usb and still can not get past the bootmgr missing i can not load anything from my dvdrom nor my usb and well by know you guys know that i can not load normally. at first it would boot in safe mode now i wont get past the bootmgr missing screen HELP!!!!!

Hi darqness75, Sorry to hear about the problem with starting your computer. First ,the important stuff…. 1 Do you have a complete up to date back up of everything that is important to you on your machine, (stuff you dont want to lose permanently) 2 Do you have a good up to date disc image of at least your system/boot partition? I don't want to appear too gloomy but the symptoms you describe could be serious….. Regards paws
