Help with re-infection or new problem

Hi. The great folks here recently helped me clear up a "system repair virus" problem several weeks ago and my machine has been running as smoothly as it every has. But all of a sudden, it is barely functioning. It takes several minutes for applications to open, there's often a delay of several seconds between moving the mouse and the curor actually moving, and it can take a couple of minutes to navigate from one web page to another. I also received a Windows warning indicating my machine's memory was running low (although I've added no new programs or made other significant changes). I've posted a Hijack This log.
