Hello When I go to Computer to check my image using the native program, I see 1- icon - green + yellow desktop, 2- media bin file, 3-folder image backup. When I hover my cursor over them only the bin file says it has anything in it. The others say 'empty'. Does this mean my backup is no good? I tested the rescue disc but only went as far as do you want to exit and return to Win 8. Thank you for any advice. PS I have Acronis installed but when I tried the recent ones, it said there was a failure with no error message. I used the original disk and it installed. Is Acronis vulnerable and not good?
