Help! [Closed]

Help I didn't have time to run OTL or anything but it appears all files on my machine have been changed to .exe extensions and hidden and read only. It looks like the problem is contained to one directory Are there any instant tools to get rid of this and restore the files to their proper names and attributes? The system is Windows 2003 32 Bit
