wth is this? [Solved]

can't logon. can't run scans. ctrl,alt,del only gives one option…"lock computer" so basically i can't open my processes. unable to run anything at all. google shows that prey is something that is installed on android phones to keep intruders out. i think someone rewrote the code and is using it for a virus now.
well i assume from the 0 responses that this is something very new……well a-formatting we will go…..

does anyone else use that computer that may have installed this program on it intentionally?

thats what i thought. i checked it out as well. but there is no entry in the add/remove programs for this which tells me its less than legit. weird. i went ahead and formatted the pc and everything is fine now. whatever it was….it had the pc locked up good.
