6 in 1 Card Reader AND USBs not working

Hi: Earlier today I was able to put in my xd card in the CPU card reader slot and was working fine. Something happened along the way and now the card reader is not working at all and the USBs are acting somewhat weird. I need help to restore them to proper working condition. Thanks.
