recovery console help

Hello techs, Actually I want to know whether this method ( Downloading the ISO file from thecomputerparamedic.com/files/rc.iso and writing to a CD and then installing it on my PC) will work or not for installing recovery console. If it works please tell me how to do it. Thanks in advance.

but rc.iso does not contain a I386\win32.exe so you can't install it on your computer.

Thank you for responding, ztruker. Atleast can i use the CD to run recovery console directly from the CD? If so tell me how to do it?
