It may be that there are problems which prevent crash dumps from being written out. Check out the following article for possible causes: If crash dumps are not written out. In case your computer does experience sudden reboots it is likely these are caused by malfunctioning hardware, power failure or a thermal issue. To troubleshoot a thermal issue, check the temperature using your BIOS setup program, check for dust in CPU and motherboard fans and if your computer is portable make sure it's located on a hard surface. Otherwise it's suggested you contact the support department of the manufacturer of your system or test your system with a memory test utility for further investigation. Check out the following articles for more information: Troubleshooting sudden resets and shut downs. Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information. Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further. The reason no crash dump files are available is probably because I use CCleaner to clean up my files periodically. I did save an earlier Dump file in a separate folder but it is very large (387MB). Thanks.
Untick any option in CCleaner that allows removal of dump files. Avoid using the Registry cleaner in CCleaner unless you know exactly what reg. files it is "fixing".

Is there any particular program you are using when it crashes?

Make sure your RAM is correctly seated first.

Download, burn and use memtest86 as described here at WTT by rshaffer61

In the results your looking for the errors line. If you see any errors, you probably have bad RAM.
The HJT log shows you are using Spybot S&D with the Teatimer option. Spybot was good for awhile but is not much recommended any more. I don't know of anyone who runs it on Windows 7. I would at a minimum disable Teatimer and recommend 8uninstalling it. You are using Avast for your anti-virus which is a good program. You also have several toolbars installed that are pretty useless and just take up space and resources and should be uninstalled. Ask, MSN , The Weather Channel. Also get rid of Google Toolbar if installed. Are you also running Microsoft Security Essentials? If so remove it or Avast. It's not a good idea to run two anti-virus programs.
Thanks Rich, I removed Spybot S&D. I also removed many of the Firefox toolbars as you suggested. I am not running Microsoft Security Essentials but I uninstalled all traces of the program. Thanks for the suggestions.
Lee, I unticked the option in CCleaner that allows removal of dump files. Have not used the Registry cleaner in CCleaner. Is there any particular program you are using when it crashes? Usually Firefox or Microsoft Outlook 2010, but only on startup. My RAM appears to be correctly seated. Still need to do the memtest86 as described here at WTT by rshaffer61 I'll provide results when I return from Christmas vacation. Thanks again.

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.

Thanks to Broni for the instructions and program
