Hello,
I use my laptop for work and the internet. I was in the middle of a project when the screen went to blue and gave some error message and just quit. out of nowhere. the message did say the word "kernel" and said something to the effect that the "win32k.sys" was corrupt.
my computer will not boot up now and the virus is smart enough to crash my norton antivirus everytime. I can get safe mode to work, with the internet luckily. can anyone help me here? I did post this once 4 days ago and no one responded… this virus also stops my computer when i try to download new stuff which makes it tough to fix things here.
please help, i need to get this back up and running.
