Can't get into anything

Im sorry i dont remember how to do the dds scan or what program I use can you re-tell me how to do that. Sorry

Take a look on your desktop and see if you can see an Icon called DDS

If you can see it, disable any script blocking programs you have (if any) then double click on the DDS icon to run the tool.

If you no longer have the icon on your desktop I have provided the download link and running instructions below:

• Please perform the following scan
  
  
  
• Please download DDS from here and save it to your desktop.
• Disable any script blocking protection (How to Disable your Security Programs)
• Double click on the DDS icon to run the tool (may take up to 3 minutes to run).
• When done, DDS.txt will open.
• After a few moments, attach.txt will open in a second window.
• Save both reports to your desktop.
• Please post the contents of the DDS.txt and Attach.txt logs in your next reply.
