searchqu homepage popup

First off, thank you to anyone who is willing to help. Second off, I am technologigally impaired. have patience. Ok.. The problem is that whenever I try and open a new window or tab, IE has a popup saying that the homepage settings have changed and it tries to change it to searchqu.com This happened when my brother told me to download music for him on his netbook and I'm afraid that I might have done something wrong and I'm determined to fix it before he gets it back. I just want this out of his computer. On top of that the netbook is running really slow. I just found another topic saying something about OTL. So I'm going to follow the steps and run it overnight. (thread said to not interupt so there's no better time than that) Again, thank you.
