Browser Homepage Goes To Lop.com, Search200.com

Hi, I'm helping my coworker fix her browser. Both IE and Netscape's homepages have been changed to either search200.com or lop.com. There is also a large searchbar appearing on the bottom of her screen when she launches IE. Here is the logfile:
